Podcast: EP 32 When the Weeds Return

Podcast: EP 32 When the Weeds Return

I’m revisiting an old lesson.

If you’ve ever judged yourself for repeating the same mistakes, struggling with the same insecurities, or not progressing in a perfectly linear path, this episode is for you. I’ve been having the same conversation with many friends and clients lately about why we tend to judge ourselves in how we progress. It’s easy to notice yourself struggling with something you thought you had “mastered” and assume you failed.

I’m here to remind you that progress is a process, a practice, and it requires constant revisiting of the things we have already become aware of. Just like weeding a garden, self-improvement and healing are a constant practice. And we’re all revisiting our same lessons again and again, in new ways.

“It doesn’t mean you’re a lost cause, it means you’re a progressionary human.”
