Podcast: EP 55 New Beginnings

Podcast: EP 55 New Beginnings

It’s time to come alive.

Springtime means I’m planting seeds in my garden and getting ready to grow new life. But I’m also doing the same thing in my business and life. I wanted to offer you a list of questions to get clear on what you want to grow and bloom in this season of your life.

In this episode, I share my thoughts on the power of new beginnings, the way to find what matters to you right now, and how to take action on those intentions.

“We intentionally plant the thoughts, the desires, the habits, the intentions of what we want to create.”

Podcast: EP 54 Letting Go

Podcast: EP 54 Letting Go

Nature teaches us how to let go.

It’s springtime and it’s time to do some cleaning. Just like nature is waking back up and creating new life, we can do the same. But first we need to clean up anything that is better left in the past season.

In this episode, I cover the three areas I know are the most important to clean up and do some letting go before you take on a new chapter. I’d love to hear how you are letting go this season and what you are making space for next.

“Your mood is following your mindset.”

If you’re after growth and you’re after progress, this episode is for you. If you’re listening to the show, you probably want a new kind of outcome in your life. Those kinds of desires are what goals are made from. I’m going to share one of the best ways I’ve learned to think about goals in order to achieve them.

Podcast: EP 37 The Promise with Jason Hewlett

Podcast: EP 37 The Promise with Jason Hewlett

Let’s talk about promises to ourselves.

I have a treat for you today. One of the best, most entertaining speakers and friends I know is on the show. He has a new book out that I loved hearing about.

Jason is the author of the Facebook post entitled, “I Saw My Wife at Target Today”, which has been seen by more than 100 million people. A recent, and one of the youngest inductees in the prestigious Speaker Hall of Fame, his talks inspire leadership from the perspective of a Promise, while giving attendees an engaging, entertaining, and educational experience all in one. His new book is The Promise to the One.

In this conversation, Jason shares the story of how he became a headlining Vegas performer, and then left that career to keep the most important promises to himself. I can’t wait for you to hear his perspective on what it means to keep promises and find harmony through integrity.

“Our harmony is our integrity.”
