Podcast: EP 35 The Permission + Power of Play

Podcast: EP 35 The Permission + Power of Play

I’ve got an unusual invitation for you.

If you know me well, you know I have an alter ego my friends call “Summer Tiff.” It’s the person I become in the summer months, when play becomes a big priority. This came about from a wake up call I had about four years ago, when I realized my priorities were not aligned with my joy.

In this episode, I’m inviting you to play more. To let yourself have fun. To see it as a business and relationship strategy for success. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

“Everything is energy.”

Podcast: EP 32 When the Weeds Return

I’m revisiting an old lesson.

If you’ve ever judged yourself for repeating the same mistakes, struggling with the same insecurities, or not progressing in a perfectly linear path, this episode is for you. I’ve been having the same conversation with many friends and clients lately about why we tend to judge ourselves in how we progress. It’s easy to notice yourself struggling with something you thought you had “mastered” and assume you failed.

I’m here to remind you that progress is a process, a practice, and it requires constant revisiting of the things we have already become aware of. Just like weeding a garden, self-improvement and healing are a constant practice. And we’re all revisiting our same lessons again and again, in new ways.

“It doesn’t mean you’re a lost cause, it means you’re a progressionary human.”

Podcast: EP 19 It’s Time to Tell a New Story

The power of your words is profound.

I’ve had this idea on my heart for a couple of weeks and knew it was time to record a podcast about it. I am a big believer that the words we speak create the reality we live in. And I’m not the only one.

In this episode, I share the best learnings I’ve taken in through the years in order to speak powerful truths into my life. These include affirmations, healing wounds, creating new stories about my past, and more.

I want to hear your thoughts after you listen, so let me know over on social if this resonated!

“As long as I tell the story, I have to keep living up to it.”

Podcast: EP 18 5 Tips to Successful Goal Setting

It’s time for a flashback friday from the archives.

I’ve been coaching my current Success Academy clients on goal setting. I love this topic because it’s such a game changer when it’s done right.

I pulled up a video I recorded years ago on the 5 tips to make effective goals and wanted to share it on the podcast in case you are looking for new ways to set goals.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on how you set goals and if these tips work for you!

    “Vague goals produce vague results.”

Podcast: EP 16 10 Lessons in 10 Years Part 2

Lessons 6 – 10 on the Entrepreneurial Journey

Here is part 2 of the 10 lessons I’ve learned over the past 10 years of running my own business. I celebrated 10 years of starting my own business a couple weeks ago, and it was an amazing experience. I gathered 100 of my close friends and peers to celebrate what we have created together. My heart was so full at the end of that night.

As I’ve reflected on what I’ve learned over the past 10 years, I wanted to share my best lessons with you on the podcast. I’ve divided this episode into two parts so that I can dive deep into each lesson. Here is Part 1 in case you missed it.
